I design, program, build, deploy and maintain software applications while using many different skills and tools.
Primarily focused on web stack technologies, I have been wandering most of my time in the endless suite of Javascript frameworks as a Front-End Developer. And as of my free time, I delve into the realms of back-end, cloud, and mobile development.
Offshore Windfarm Management System (OWMS)
As part of my career development, I undertook many projects and one of the most noticeable being a code upgrade solution for one of the leading UK providers of specialized services to the marine. A company that provides comprehensive and trusted offshore wind farm solutions dedicated to the technical and operational aspects of construction preparation, installation, and special operations. The code upgrade consisted of numerous system upgradations from back-end to front-end systems:
- Upgrade from AngularJS to Angular 13 incorporating design elements with Material UI and Bootstrap
- Code upgrade from MVC .NET to Microsoft .NET Core version 3.1
- Implementation of latest ArcGIS services from version 3.3 to 4.22 in Angular 13
- SignalR implementation with ArcGIS services – to display information in real-time based on the client’s asset’s location
- A complete makeover and a responsive design across the entire application, supporting a wide range of screen resolutions from tables to UHD resolutions
- Database upgrade from SQL Server 12 to SQL Server 2019
- Documents report system upgrade from SQL SSRS 2021 to SQL SSRS 2019
- Adopted a GitFlow approach which has facilitated a large-scale development
Global Manufacturing Executing Systems (GMES)
As part of the UK’s Leading Car Manufacturer business expansion, I have been deployed on-site to deliver and integrate a newly proposed software solution. The solution comprises a list of software applications across the business, highly coupled which ensures real-time data collection and processing throughout the entire production life cycle. Main responsibilities were to ensure that the effective execution of manufacturing operations is met and to improve/adapt the proposed system to the new business requirements.
- Software development and integration projects for our clients. Use of deep technical knowledge of manufacturing software and systems and translated their business requirements into solutions
- Design and develop/configure solutions using Microsoft technologies, GE Complicity HMI/SCADA Views, GE Proficy and SQL Server.
- Identify and solve complex technical problems for area of responsibility, using in-depth analysis of situations or data and incorporating innovative approaches and techniques.
- Develop standards, procedures, training manuals, and other documentation for projects or internal use
- Delivered virtual commissioning/emulation, testing and simulation
